Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout performed on a piece of equipment called a reformer, which uses springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage to provide resistance and support. This dynamic form of Pilates focuses on controlled, precise movements that strengthen the core, improve flexibility, enhance posture, and build overall body awareness.
